NOTW: Brad and Angie to split?
The News of the World newspaper has reported today that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are set to split.
The couple who have been together since 2005 are supposedly in talks with lawyers about splitting their $330 million (yes you read that right) fortune and the custody of their 6 children. Mars Bar if you can name ‘em all without resorting to Google.
The UK tabloid revealed exclusively that legal papers signed in secret by Brangelina in January detail how all their homes and assets will be divided.
Rumours about the split began last year as it emerged a tell all book about the couple: “Brangelina: Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie” was being published which gave an insight into their tumultuous relationship, rows and sex life.
Reports in the National Enquirer followed, stating the famous pair’s steamy relationship was on the rocks for some time. This rumour was further substantiated after they were seen less frequently together and Jolie made controversial comments about fidelity.
Brad was previously married to actress Jennifer Aniston. The marriage ended in 2005 amid stories he had been courting Jolie on the set of Mr. and Mrs. Smith.
Jolie has been married to Jonny Lee Miller and Billy Bob Thornton. She and Pitt are not married.
When asked to comment to News of the World Brangelina’s representatives refused to make any statement.

UPDATE: Perez Hilton has reported that Brad and Angelina’s reps have said they are NOT separating. Hilton is a great source but we’re still holding out…
…And TMZ say that multiple sources close to the couple have stated to TMZ the rumours are “BS”.
